The second Golden Gopher Open is back!

Come May 30-31st for another tournament put on by the Chess Club at the University of Minnesota!
We have greatly expanded the sections this year to encompass all levels!

Junior Section: Grades K-8 Prize: Trophies for: Top 7 individuals Entry Fee: $15, $20 on site

This year GM Mauricio Flores will be lecturing during the tournament (Sunday at 9 am) to increase learning for all players involved, the lecture price is included in the tournament registration fee. Come learn something and then apply it to your games!

Note: IM John Bartholomew will also be lecturing for the sections U1800 and U1400 on Saturday at 6 pm, these sections will receive two lectures from titled players!
