The 6th annual St. Olaf "OleChess" Camp was held July 19 - 24. Instructors included GM Kaidanov, GM Serper and IM Krush. In addition to the traditional daily chess class activities, the camp held a 5 round G/60 tournament, a blitz championship, a bughouse championship, a Quickchess championship, a sports night and a bowling night. Commuter, residential, and Intensive Study campers were all welcome.

Plans for the 2010 camp are underway. The camp, which is already $200 less than the comparable Castle Chess Camp at Emory University hopes to increase enrollment in order to further increase activities and decrease costs.
